what is an alien?

the word "alien" means anything not originating from "here", here meaning where you are. this means that the word means very different things depending on the context. in the context of space, this means that aliens are anything origination from outside of earth. this includes extraterestrial life, but also includes space objects, like asteroids and meteors.
